Do I need a consultation?
Start with a consultation before a major color change, color correction, gray-blending transformation, or whenever you are unsure which service fits your goals. A virtual photo consultation is complimentary. An in-person consultation is $25, and that fee is applied toward your service appointment.
How does a virtual consultation work?
Send Cathy clear photos of your current hair, inspiration photos and an honest hair history. She will review them and recommend the most appropriate next step.
Can dark or previously colored hair become blonde?
Often, but timing and results depend on color history and hair condition. Cathy will assess what is realistic while protecting your hair’s integrity.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with your hair in its usual condition and bring inspiration photos. Share your color history, routine, and maintenance preferences honestly.
Can you accommodate sensory needs?
The private suite allows for a calmer, more flexible visit. Please call or text Cathy before booking to discuss helpful accommodations and whether the studio is a good fit.
Do you cut children’s hair?
Yes. Guests of all ages are welcome. Haircut pricing is based on length and density rather than age.
